The Worlds Gone Mad For Plaid

I’m sure your Instagram homepage is full of PSL and plaid right now. I know mine is. I know on the plaid home front I’m contributing. I hate PSLs though- actually anything pumpkin, except one traditional little piece of pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving, a pumpkin cream cheese muffin from Starbucks (who doesn’t love dessert disguised as breakfast?!), and Teavana’s Pumpkin Spice Brulee Tea (a non kick you in the face with fall and pumpkins pumpkin tea). After that sentence I don’t even feel right saying the work pumpkin again so let’s move on to plaid.

Plaid shirts are pretty darn versatile; they can go over, under, and around anything you’re wearing to add more pattern, warmth, or 90s aesthetic.

That last pic- sometimes you look at something on your phone that is a real head scratcher. The interwebs hold the most random stuff.

I’m in love with the soft layerability of this plaid shirt! The side slits are such a nice addition when wanting to add bulkyiness underneath, as I have a tendency to do. Yes, bulkiness and layerability are both words. (Just felt I needed to clear that up!)

I hope you’re having a marvelous week!

I totally feel you on the PSL madness. I’ll have to try that tea you mentioned!
I love how you layered the FP slip under your plaid buttondown- such a cute fall look!
