These Are a Few of My Favourite Things

It’s not Christmas time, despite the title, it’s not even Christmas in July- the lyric just works. There have been a few things that have made me really happy lately! Not just lately, they make me happy in general. I believe anything that makes you happy should be be shared cause it might make others happy too, and that’s one of the best things in life!

1: Tea.

I freaking love loose leaf tea, nothing makes me feel more relaxed in life. It’s so healthy and there are so many options!

2: Deep conditioning!

There is nothing better than using a heavy duty conditioner in the shower to make your hair feel amazing! I always apply mine before wetting my hair so the follicle absorbs the conditioner not water. It doesn’t have to be super expensive conditioner, this stuff is the bomb!

3: Ikea.

I recently update my bedroom with some Ikea goodies. I’ll share pics soon! However, my favourite purchase was a canvas of this Klimt painting. I think his art is so sensual and stunning.

4: Getting points for Sephora purchases!

I spend far too much money there. I always order online though, cause you get far better samples and deals. Always order online peeps. My recent purchase was the newest Naked palette, you can’t beat their pigments!

5: Not having to drive.

I really hate having to drive. I know this is so random! I love it when anyone else offers to drive, or I can Uber. I know this is super duper random, not having to drive is so nice though.

I’m so ready for cooler weather so I can start wearing 25 million layers. You can’t beat adding texture upon texture and colour upon colour!

What are you digging right now? I’d love to hear about your loves and likes.

PS: I have an addiction to spelling words the British way, such as favourite and colour. I’m so odd.

PSS: I’m also excited about my new Canon t6i. I wonder what sort of magic it will conjure!

PSSS: Dying over these boots.

    Spelling things the British way!

The proper English way, thank you! There’s a reason the language is called English. And you’ve saved the day xo

You’re the first person to not say I spell it wrong! I think the “u” in colour and favourite looks so much better. xoxox
