I feel that I am not alone when I say I have a love/hate relationship with working out! It’s one of those things I like when I’m doing it, but I do not make it a priority as I should. I love swimming and yoga to zen out, and rowing and weightlifting to engage beast mode (haha!). I also enjoy a workout that use my own weight or resistance bands to create results- the best part is this form of fitness can be done anywhere!

I will say I’ve never used a four way band like this before, so I was really excited to try it out! The quality of the product is excellent, nylon wrapped rubber and sturdy connections. You know how important that last part is if you’ve ever had a band snap on you (I have and it’s no fun at all). In the above pics I’ve shown a couple of ways you can use a four way resistance band to workout your whole body! Legs, core, and arms are all covered. I don’t know about you, but I love time saving workouts!
We have all played around with pattern mixing in our daily wardrobes, but have you tried it out with you gym gear? I’m loving these varied stripe pants from Old Navy with my snakeskin LuluLemon tank! I know we always grab whatever gear is available when trying to squeeze a workout in, but taking an extra 5 seconds to feel confident in what your wearing can totally change your workout!
That weird thing on my leg is my cellphone “arm” band. I have an iphone 6s+ and it’s huge! I can’t find a band that works to carry it on my arm while working out; my solution is to put it on my leg. My tracker catches all my movement, but I don’t have to worry about it sliding off.
